The trekking trip takes you the Yarkhun River North of Mastuj follows a wide valley with village and cultivation by the every side stream.

Adaunting aat Bang reads “Boroghil 120 kilometers”, then easy days trip up and back along with wide, smooth pastures grazed by Yaks, horses, goats, and sheep. There summer settlement just before the pass, deserted Robat settlement, comprising two roofless stone shelters, WILFRED THESIGER, who was here in 1952, writes of the same sense of space and clearness. He had known in the desert of Arabia. The top of the pass at 4100m is flat and between Chitral and Ishkoman Valleys. The trek down the Krumber River to over the Chilinji Pass 5160m to Chappurson, upper Hunza Valley. The long broad Chuppurson Valley joins the Hunza River from the west, just above Sost. The valley is still littered with high mounds of flood debris and Pilgrims came from all over Northern Pakistan and Wakhan to Baba Ghundi Shrine to pray and begfavours.

Itinerary

  • Day 01 RAWALPINDI – ISLAMABAD:  ✈ Arrival at Islamabad International airport and transferred to comfortable centrally located hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax and recover from the long flight to Pakistan. in the afternoon, for those who desire there will be a tour of Pakistan’s capital Islamabad and bustling bazaar of Rawalpindi. In the evening we have a welcome dinner where you will have the opportunity to meet your guide and other member of group. Overnight stay at hotel.
  • Day 02: RAWALPINDI/ISLAMABAD – DIR: 7 hrs drive to Dir (at the base of Lowari Pass. En route we will stop for photography, toilet break and lunch at Mardan, Noshera. O/N stay in a hotel.
  • Day 03: DIR – CHITRAL: Drive over Malakand Pass & Lowari Pass 3118m or newly build Lowari tunnel to Chitral. O/N stay in the hotel.
  • Day 04: CHITRAL: Hire porters and purchase supplies in Chitral and free time for sightseeing which includes exploring Chitral fort, old Bazaar for Handicrafts and semi-precious stones or a day visit to famous Kalash valley. O/N stay in hotel.
  • Day 05: CHITRAL – LASHT: Drive through to Lasht along with all camping equipment. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 06: LASHT – KISHMANJA: trek through a narrow valley with good side views of glaciers to Wakhi settlement Kishmanja. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 07: KISHMANJA – ISHKARWARZ: Trek to Ishkarwarz on the Brogill pass. Camp beyond the pass, which lies on the border between Pakistan & Afghanistan. The Oxus river beyond which lies the Pamirs of Tajikistan is only three miles from here. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 08: ISHKARWARZ – QUI QUILD: Trek to Wakhi summer settlement of Qui Quild. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 09: QUI QUILD – KURAMBAR: Trek to Kurambar Lake (4300m) one of the most beautiful high altitude lakes in the area camp.O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 10: KURAMBAR: Rest/relax day at Kurambar lake. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 11: KURAMBAR – SHUINJI: Trek through Shuinji summer pasture and camp before Chatoboi glacier. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 12: SHUINJI – SUKHTARABAD: Cross Chotoboi glacier to Sukhtarabad. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 13: SUKHTARABAD – CHILLINJI JUNGLE: It is gentle climbing through the alpine forest and nature spring’s night at Gangle. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 14: CHILLINJI JUNGLE – CHILLINJI HIGH CAMP: Trek to High camp. After the breakfast we will start while gentle climbing towards the high camp. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 15: CHILLINJI HIGH CAMP – BEYATOT: Trek from High camp to Beyator via Chillinji pass 5160 meters. After taking breakfast we will start in early morning to climbing the pass zik zak to the top it is spot where you can see the heights mountains of Hindukush , Karakoram ranges after the serving the cold lunch and hot coffee start descending from the pass towards the Beyator. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 16: BEYATOR – BABAGONDI: Trek to Babagondi Ziarat. You can see the totally different lifestyle that locals who stays with their sheep’s and goats in the summer houses and it is now most descending trekking down to Babagondi Ziarat. O/N stay in camp.
  • Day 17: BABAGONDI – KARIMABAD: Morning after break drive jeep to Karimabad. O/N stay in hotel.
  • Day 18: KARIMABAD (HUNZA): This is full day of Exploring the mystery and charm of the Hunza Valley. The people here belong to Ismaili sect of Islam and commercial barter transactions are still the norm with them. One of the highlights of this day will be our meeting with the local Hunzakuts who are known for their longevity. We will also visit the famed forts of Baltit and Altit. Overnight stay at hotel.
  • Day 19: KARIMABAD – CHILAS: Drive 7 hrs to Chilas along the Hunza River, en route stop at Rakaposhi (7787m) view point, Rahimabad and Danyore memorial point and famous Gilgit for lunch. O/ N stay in hotel.
  • Day 20: CHILAS – ISLAMABAD/RAWALPINDI: Drive 11 hrs to Islamabad, in the evening visit modern places of Islamabad and lunch at famous Damon-e-Koh at Margalla Hill. O/N stay in hotel.
  • Day 21: ✈ In the morning transfer to Islamabad international airport for onward journey to their sweet home. End of services
